1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

2. User content

You retain ownership of the stories, chapters, comments and other content you post. By posting, you grant NovelRex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for content you post and must have the rights to share it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise violates our community guidelines, and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Coins & purchases

Coins are a virtual currency used within the platform. They carry no cash value and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted. Prices and packages may change at any time.

All purchases are final. Because coins, memberships and unlocked chapters are delivered immediately and consumed on access, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations of completed purchases, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling a membership stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period, and you keep your benefits until that period ends.

If a purchase does not deliver what it promised, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovelRex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
